[Discuss] Suggestion - automatic insertion of titles

Could we get a feature in the message system to insert people's full
titles automatically?  It could work by having {{CHARACTER_NAME}}
replaced by the full name with all titles.

Eg. {{Bob}} becomes: Bob, Duke of Bobville, Marshall of the army of Bobville

If it were a little easier to write letters using proper courtesy,
people might do it more often.
