What about the islands where we are still supposed to have Titans, like
Beluaterra, where we just witnessed two Angry God lightning bolts?

I assumed that at first but then I started doubting it. Glad to know that
is supposed to be the case.

There is. I don't know what I'm supposed to do when a realm mate is
lightning bolted. Is it ok to react in character?
Consider a bolt with no permanent record a chance

I see.
I'd say there's no "higher ranking

Yeah, but he's not human in game. He's a God. And Tom does not exist in
the BM universe, only in real life. And this Tom-as-angry-god thing makes
the line between the game and the discussion-about-the-game a bit blurry.
