I roleplayed one of my characters getting raped. Granted, I didn't 
describe it in detail, but it was clear she had been raped. It didn't 
get me lightningbolted nor do I think it should have. At the time it was 
great for me, the player, as it spawned a whole line of good RP from 
numerous people and even a few sleepers woke up to write a message or 
two about chasing down the culprit. In short, it richened my game 
experience, and dare I say, many other players game experience too.

I doubt Tom wants the games RP to be a perfect paradise where everything 
is fine and dandy and nothing bad ever happens to the characters. 
Actually, I remember him once saying Outer Tilog being one of the best 
RP realms in the game, and OT is probably the darkest, most twisted and 
sickest realm this game has. He even gave them the option to torture 
their own troops!

So you didn't accept to his RP, fine. That's your opinion. Just don't 
try to force your opinion on the rest of us and have people permanently 
banned from the game just because they RP something you object to. You 
can always ignore people who RP things you object to.
