[Discuss] Angry God?

So who or what is the Angry God and how are we supposed to understand it?

Is it a character roleplayed by Tom or is it Tom himself?

Are the actions of the Angry God random, like those of an Angry God would
be? or do they reflect the out of character views of the creator of the
game?

Do lightning bolts mean anything?  Shall they mean more or less than a ban?


If supernatural punishment does not appear on your family page, does that
mean they are to be taken less seriously than punishment by a higher-ranked
human?
