But ultimately, it's an abuse of the system for Infs to pick off Adventurers
who 1) have no guaranteed way of training (like the academy) and 2) are
unable to have a unit to protect them.  There's a plethora of them out
there, I know this, but there's got to be some enforcement on assassinating
them or it's just like going to a free trainer.
