The entire point of families is to serve as a point of reference for a
character.  If Character A starts a rebellion, a Judge might be interested
to see that three other characters in that family have done the same.  It
might seem unfair to judge one character by the actions of another, but it's
not as if you didn't have any control over each character.  If you want to
play one character as a black sheep, expect it to rub off.  That's reality,
particularly during the time frame represented in the game.
