-shrug- I do sometimes wonder what the problem is.... I mean usually
countries have to spend a lot of money to set up penal colonies for
their undesirables, but these people have done it for free! They've
roped all of their characters in and fiercly defend their own prison.
Heck throw down some militia and there's not much they can do besides
stab eachother. :)
I mean the alternative to the KI/Selective thing would be to have all
the "trouble makers" spread out over the east. Of course this plan
involves less killing and that's a major draw back.
