[Discuss] message system not working

Sorry, the validity check did not work out. Either you are trying to
send to a recipient that you are not allowed to send, or you left the
message open and did other things so we need to re-verify your status.
Please try again.

I use to get this message when I would click on teh welcome message link of new player event.  Butthat has been fixed instead it comes up when I try to send the message now to teh new player.  My charater is a mentor and it is getting tiredsome of going through all 180 or people to find one person on the list to send a welcome letter to.

Since you have fixed the first step in this action maybe you can see if the last step also has the same bug in it as well.
