When was this?  I'm still in realms that punish these things.  I've 
never seen it punished when any excuse was given.  I've never seen a 
judge lightning bolted or locked for it.  I'm also in realms and have 
characters that bitch loudly when this happens.  There doesn't need to 
be an ooc rule about stuff that can be handled in character.
