With someone who has not roleplayed before and does not know how to, I doubt
anyone would be harsh at all.

However, I would be (and I was, in this case) pissed off at someone who has
proved to have experience, excellent writing skills, enough intelligence to
understand the guidelines, and has been warned before.

We're not talking about newbies here.
