[Discuss] Anti-Infiltrator Actions On War Islands? Patrol The Streets?

I know Police Work is disabled on the war islands because, well, it's a war
island!
But could Patrolling the Streets be enabled so we can catch infiltrators
when we believe they're lingering around?
