[Discuss] Could you remove the rape option?

I've never witnessed any arguments over it though I've seen the option

How does a fictional character saying something about fictional 
women(that aren't even player characters) enforce any sort of image in 
real life? The whole rape thing in BM seems to be turning into a Jack 
Thompson like crusade against something that shouldn't even be a big 
issue. It's fiction. It doesn't(shouldn't) harm anybody.
