I've reworked a couple functions deep in the code and made a change to 
the way temporary absence is handled:

 From now on, a ruler or region lord or such positions will _not_ be 
removed from office when they are imprisoned or seriously wounded. They 
will stay in office, holding on to their titles, until they return. 
However, since they can't do much during this time, they are effectively 
blocking the position.

Taking out a king this way is probably more damaging to the victim 
realm, because it means it will be without a king for a while, and 
nobody can press the right buttons.


I might add functions to claim the throne while its owner is absent 
later on, if I get a few sufficiently interesting ideas.


This change will once and for all take care of the "temporary 
replacement" ruler problem, because there's no need for a replacement 
anymore.
