[Discuss] Unable to deport due to prisoner being new to realm

You can not deport this prisoner, as you find no captain willing to handle
him. (OOC: You can not deport characters who are new to the game or their
realm)"

Is this restriction really necessary? I can understand new to the game, but
new to their realm? I haven´t tried to execute yet but it would be strange
if that works but not deportation.
