[Discuss] Deportation

my current judge character who gets the option to execute or deport  has a
tendency to think of herself, and the realm. As such, she chooses to deport
because

1. They have non-execution agreement with many realms
2. To avoid making herself and the realm seem dishourble

And when she deports, she often choose the big islands (Atamara and
Beluaterra), and in her mind, it is less chance they will come back from
there since there are more realms to be banned from.
