[Discuss] Deportation

I have seen people discussing sending infiltrators to the  
Colonies...the primary reason I've seen is to make it take longer for  
them to get back to the continent they're being deported from, and  
thus longer for the deporting realm to have them out of their hair.

Sounds like a perfectly legitimate reason to me...
