I was going to rebut this in the original email... but I thought that the
guy was kidding.

Apparently he wasn't.

I honestly have *never* seen or heard about any Judge even considering fame
points in whether or not to execute an infiltrator. Most often, it's for two
reasons: A) don't want to create a martyr for the enemy, and B) don't want
to have their realm seen as executioners.

Has there even been a confirmed case that the player of a Judge actually
said that he was going to deport rather then execute just because he didn't
want the other player to get a Fame point?
