I still think holding two council positions in one same continent would be a
bit selfish because you wouldn't give a chance to other people.

But  "eternal legitimate constantly reelected rulers" are a whole different
issue.  And I happen to like them.

But maybe you are right about having turned around now that my RL country is
going to  hell because we have *finally* become a democracy.
