I think 30 honour and just a few prestige would be better.  Losing 
honour is far more important then prestige.  Prestige is nice after all, 
but what purpose does it really serve (5 in a big realm is not very 
likely to drop you that far in your tax bracket)?  Honour allows you to 
recruit, and after two or three times stepping down, most people would 
nearly be to the point where they can be executed (or is that just 
infiltrators who have less then 10 honour, or whatever the number is?)  
Making it a huge huge hit to honour (as most seem to think it's a 
dishonourable act, not so much a one that's infamous.
