Only people who can't separate character from player would vote
against their character's loyalties. Characters do what makes sense
IC, which is almost always having the rightful king back (unless
someone else makes a very strong claim to the throne). What players
want is an OOC consideration, and requires OOC ways of making it
happen.

Why should the foreign realm always get what they want?
