 I believe his question was specifically for a current rule, not for
characters already grandfathered in. I'm pretty sure he used to have some in
the same realm, but it sounds like he's having trouble doing it now.
 Paris, I don't have an answer for you, but it's a good question if you
can't seem to do it.
