[Discuss] 2 characters in 1 realm

[Paris Roukounas]

Is it possible any more to play two characters in the same Realm?
I would like to do so,by clicking the "Change Realm" option,but still 
I am not sure if it is possible,as I was not allowed to "Create a New
Character" on the same Realm.
 
If someone who knows for sure could reply...Has this feature changed?
