By soon, do you mean have just now implemented it? Was chatting with my 
ruler on FEI and he got the following:
It seems you have switched characters before sending this message.
You can only send message from the character you are currently logged in as. 
Here is the message text so you can save it for later, when you are logged 
in to this character again:

With the message text below that. The problem is, he says he didn't have any 
other window or tabs open. And he hasn't switched characters in a good 20-30 
minutes. Is there some sort of bug that's causing trouble already?
