[Discuss] Constitution of Avamar. Article 8. Rewording.

I ask again, have you read it? this time to jens.
I never says that you cannot use the protest option in-game, and that is the 
second time I say it here.
Tom also said that it is not your right to protest, like torunament etc, and 
therefore a realm can theoreticly have harsh punishments for it.
