[Discuss] duels

Believe I'm noticing a trend where the second person listed doesn't have 
anything as their strategy. An example:

Helios, the Pontifex of Taith Aenil meets his challenger Arella, the 
Fiduciary of Taith Aenil, Duchess of Idapur, Marshal of the army of Idapur 
for the agreed dual till surrender.
Arella has decided to use the 'trick moves' strategy while Helios has 
choosen the '' strategy. Giving Helios the advantage.
(the duel is fought as a first-blood duel because death and surrender are 
not yet implemented)
After a series of blows, Helios draws blood and wins the duel.

Can anyone confirm or deny this? I think that's been the case in all duels 
I've watched so far.
