[Discuss] Distance to Capital

Don´t you think the code is being alittle extreme nowdays when it comes to 
travelling outside your own borders? 

"Some of your men are grumbling about being so far away from home. Morale of 
your troops falls 7 points."

They are in the region next to the realm (which is also the capital).

Personally, I think it is fun when realms don´t necessary have to fight 
their neighbours.
