[Discuss] duels

More concerns: What happens if a duel is accepted but before it takes place, 
one person is wounded/killed in battle or by an assassin. Is it postponed or 
cancelled altogether. Especially in the case of death, if it's simply 
postponed, that could cause a real mess for the surviving dueler not being 
able to duel again. (Still waiting to duel a cadaver.)
