[Discuss] Apology to GM/Titans

When you think of 'voting' for a dictator, don't think of it as going to the 
ballot box. In just about every monarchy or tyranny in history, the ruler 
was supported by the nobles, who actually controlled and maintained the 
land, this support in BM is simplified to voting, but it is very realistic. 
In some kingdoms, like Poland I believe, nobles would indeed vote if there 
was no clear king. It just doesn't make sense for even an evil tyrant to 
rule if he can not get the support of the nobles.
