New position perhaps ;-) or are we getting a little overconfident :-D
In fact, the setup of the BGs is designed to work *with* the people's

Um That is what is undesirable. Awarding people based on their activity even
if it only a "BG Leadership" because imo it's discrimination even if for a
non existent position or RP position.
