you don't? at least the ruler can't. why is it necessary to change 
region? (just assume/rp 0% knights don't think of their lord as a proper 
lord?)

though yes.. it does look funny for the ruler to have the duke as his 
liege in the message screen.. only to have the same duke as vassal in 
the message screen...
