[Discuss] Titan Reporting

I reported such an action because I remember, when I was a baby duck in 
this game, I made a very similar post and was lightning bolted for 
threatening to report in the future, if the action continued.  Since 
this has obviously changed, it needs to be clarified on the Report 
Titans screen so others do not send in needless reports to the Titans.

I could be wrong, as I don't know much about your example situation, 
but I think there's a difference between saying "I am reporting you to 
the Titans" and "If you do/don't do this, I will report you to the 
Titans" One is a statement, one is a threat for the future. I don't 
really see anything wrong with the statement, although it may not be 
totally necessary since the person being reported will surely hear 
about it if the Titans decide they need to be involved.
