[Discuss] Titan Reporting

Wow, been a long time since I've posted to the Discussion list.

I'd like to bring up something that needs to be fixed.

Under "Contact Titans", the following is listed:

*Never use the Titans to threaten or intimidate another player by telling
him that you have or will report him to the Titans.*

I received this notification on a report I filed, when someone suggested
they would report a player to the Titans:

*Your complaint titled "Threatening to report to Titans" has been rejected.
The reason for this rejection is: Warning someone that a report will be made
in the future is not a punishable act. It is actually better that someone
makes it clear they are not happy and will take further action if the
situation is not cleared up. Hopefully this will resolve itself prior to
Titan action.*

I reported such an action because I remember, when I was a baby duck in this
game, I made a very similar post and was lightning bolted for threatening to
report in the future, if the action continued.  Since this has obviously
changed, it needs to be clarified on the Report Titans screen so others do
not send in needless reports to the Titans.


Please note, I am NOT complaining about a Titan decision...I'm fine with the
decision.  I just believe it needs to be made clear that warning someone if
an action continues is not Titan worthy, as it was in the past.
