[Discuss] A few days of Micromanagement Tolerance?

I'm just wondering if there's going to be a slightly higher tolerance
for micromanagement in the military hierarchy in response to a lot of
armies being entirely dissolved by the bug, and a number of people not
being able to be assigned to an army.
