[Discuss] Anarchy Day in BM

Well, perhaps not quite anarchy, but it certainly appears that every 
government member who wasn't a region lord got kicked out of their 
position on *every* island (not just on testing, as the newsticker 
suggested).

I realise I'll probably be echoing pleas that will be flooding into the 
bugtracker soon, but it possible to change everything back to before 
this allegiance change (if needed, with a rollback)? Losing positions to 
bugs really sucks at the best of times, especially for the people who 
can't just be re-elected (I'm thinking Judges, mostly).
