[Discuss] Dwilight requests

I get why there's a concern about family members 'helping each other out' 
and such, but I've always seen this policied pretty well by the characters 
themselves - 'oh, you just think that because of your cousin in otherRealm.' 
It's pretty tough to have two characters on the same island, even in 
separate realms, and not have a harder time because of it already.
