Unfortunately, when making rules in BattleMaster, those with bad 
behaviour are not the only ones affected.  We are changing the way 
*everyone* must act simply in hopes of stopping a few more people from 
being annoying.

It reminds me very much of the way America is treating airline security 
these days...
