[Discuss] Dwilight requests

1. Would it be possible to open the island so you can have 2 characters 
there? There's a character shortage already and the recent name 
cleansings certainly did nothing to help in that regard :)

2. Some regions might do with an sanity check. Desert of Silhouettes 
comes to mind as one. The gold production was somewhere around 30-40 
with no food production to mention. So it can barely keep a lord with 
enough gold for an unit, but you can forget about a knight(no, looting 
is not an solution as it's *very* unreliable).
