Right. If you loot for all but one hour, then try to travel to escape incoming 
enemies, you'll most likely end up stuck in a battle before you can get away. I 
am not sure if it's a sliding scale or a fixed amount of time you need to be able 
to get away successfully. I don't think I've ever had the problem, but I've seen 
realm-mates get bitten by it.
