[Discuss] Renaming Military Positions

While I know that most of the problems relating to the general/marshal
thing are the result of old ideas trying to be grandfathered in, I'd
like to point out that the actual titles no longer make any real
sense.
It has been said SEVERAL times that a General would be on the
frontlines, fighting with the army.
Well let me ask you something, when you ask yourself, or any other
random person, "Who is in charge of an army", they will answer "The
General". So my question would be Why, in BM, are Marshals the head
of the army?
I think we could help get the idea across if we rename marshals to
"General" (As its reasonable for there to be more than one General.
YOu have one general per army group, not per realm.), and call what is
General right now something else, I saw a number of suggestions on IRC
but can't be bothered to scroll up to look at them. Some that I
remember were "Stratetician", "Secretary of Defense/War", "Military
Diplomat", etc.
I think this would be a pretty realistic and reasonable change to implement.
