You don't deal with lawyers often, do you? I do. Writing something down 
is the most stupid thing you can do with those types. Powergames are the 
same breed. They will do something that absolutely everyone this side of 
sanity will agree as bad, evil and inacceptable, then when you hit them 
point out that it's not specifically prohibited.

In order to spare me that stress level, there are few written rules in 
BattleMaster.
