Sounds fairly dodgy to me - but then I'm used to Cantr's logic, where
two players working with each other is almost always setting yourself up
to break their Capital Rule and verging on getting you banned. As a
result of that, I don't even have two characters in the same realm as
each other, but if I did, I'd make sure they were quite separate and
didn't ever talk to each other except for pleasantries.

The added complication, though, in battlemaster, is the family ties.
Since your adventurer and knight are presumably related in some way,
perhaps it would make most sense for one to help the other. So there's
a definite argument in favour of them working together.

The other aspect aside from what the rules are, is whether you'd gain
respect for it or not. I know I don't tend to think that highly of
players who have one character as a knight of their other character that
is a region lord - it just seems wrong somehow. Whether having your
adventurer sell your character unique items would look good is perhaps
another thing to bear in mind.
