[Discuss] Buying a Rogue Region

When I get the option to buy a region that is rogue, clicking the link
yields this result...

You can not buy a region from this "realm".

Why not?  That makes no sense to me, and I'd love to hear the
reasoning.  Rogue land is pretty much "unclaimed", isn't it?  So if
anything, shouldn't it be *more* likely that throwing around a bit of
gold would make it yours?  I mean, when you buy it from another realm,
you've got to by off any loyalty to that realm too, I suppose...With a
rogue region, there isn't any of that, you're just buying the land,
period.

I don't see why that's not possible.
