[Discuss] Looting enemies *is* hurting my own regions!

Does hate flow from one region to another? If Region A likes my realm but
region B truly loathes my realm, will realm be have a flow-on effect into
region A? If so, that would explain it, region B wouldn't appreciate your
looting, which would make them hate you more, which would turn back into
region A...
