That depends on your definition of coherence.  The way I see it, BM 
needs one of two things.  Either everyone needs to be in the exact same 
culture, where everyone knows the rules, or we need to have RADICALLY 
different cultures.  I, and many others, like the idea of different 
cultures, as it sounds more fun. 




I have to say that having different cultures on the same Island is a very intriging Ideal indeed and it does make for dsome very good roleplaying oppertunities.  I would like to see something like this but, I aslo agree with the current concept that is slated for the new Island as well.

Maybe there could be a new Island in the future of Dwilight pop up that allows for the discovery of a new culture and race of pepole.  That is just a suggestion that came to mind I remember when  new Island poped up on the EC.
