Sorry, this isn't private, so I'll comment on the rest:

I think the base answer for this is: we want war everywhere, and
releasing a lot of warmongers in the whole of BM is just more likely
to cause war. So, get your unique character and have him demanding or
provoking war somewhere else! :)

As for inequality: people should RP inequality. Even my human-rights
chars thinks that commoners are to be taken care of by nobles. She
wasn't pictured like that, but gladly I had never written a
compromising RP and could twitch it to fit an inequality environment.
And this discussion went on exactly the same a few weeks/months ago.
Let's drop it.
