Agreed. People who want to know realm-wide orders can ask and get them by PM.

Completely against. People are barely keeping their units and the
realm-wide discussions are important to learn about the game,
politics, strategies... Vinnie had a good point when he stated:

Not only for SRs, but realm-wide discussion is important and we are
not that rich to afford paying for every message sent... Perhaps it
could, though, be a daily fee. Today you sent 1 message, you pay gold,
but you can send 100 and pay the same amount.

Or have the reinforcement you just added to NPW in every action of the
kind. :) If anyone needs to know, maybe the region lord can send all
of the reports in the end of the turn, so people get recognized for
their work, and advise people to send to region/some council instead
of realm-wide.
