Besides being something that Tom has sais will never happen, 
this is a horribly bad idea. If you allow that kind of power, then 
there will, inevitably, be a lot more highly skilled infiltrators than 
there are now. That kind of power will attract a lot of attention, 
and bring a lot more people to the infiltrator game. And we don't 
want to turn this into AssassinMaster.
