[Discuss] Crowning the ruler on foreign lands!.

Hey, well...er..yes...Hi!.

One of my characters who belongs to a realm "A" and was in the region X
which belonging to realm A, then just this turn my character got a message
that another character from realm B (which is currently in war with realm A)
who was in region X belonging to realm A was elected as the ruler.

er.."-_-, would that be realistic!!!.
