[Discuss] About Questioning Nobility (known as "strip titles")

Tom once considered making the strip feature turn people into advies, and I
saw it mentionned a few times lately. So why not? Here are a few suggestions
I had in mind:
1) When the ruler questions the nobility of someone, that character has
three days to defend himself through the automatic duel, but keeps his
titltes (but loses access to the command tab during that time). If he wins
the duel, he keeps it all, and the ruler suffers a big honour/prestige loss.
If he loses, he loses his titles and becomes an adventurer. The feature
currently is too instantaneous, and gives no time for the noble to defend
himself (When my Arch Priest [Jean-Olivier] was stripped, he dueled the king
'till death, killing him, and crowned himself king as the former died
[complex mix of a rebellion and other stuff, and only possible thanks to an
ooc agreement with the former ruler as these things are too buggy to work
properly]. So while he had his nobility questionned, he defended it in duel,
kept power afterwards [different title though], and I think this sould be
possible.)
2) Also in the spirit of not having the effects instantaneous, have the
question nobility become a referendum-like thing. Have the honour loss
effects immediatly, but only remove the noble once enough people agree with
the king that Bob is indeed a peasent, and should be treated as such. If the
referendum passes, turn him into an advy. Once again, though, judicial duels
were a part of how things worked in the times, and I always think a duel
ought to be able to negate the effect (though the accused could still lose
honour/prestige because of the accusation, something he currently doesn't
lose).
