But you remember well that we added that only because in 99% of the 
cases we had "placeholder kings" and the old king was put back as soon 
as he was back.


Maybe we need to make prison hurt more for government  members. Why not 
keep them there for two weeks? Time enough for a "replacement king" to 
get comfortable and not want to step down?
